One sided love. But as we see, Psychology is a individualistic social/science for a clinical/Counselor/personality Psychologist, so depends on purticular individual. For some people one sided love is more challenging then break up and for some people break up is more challenging in contrast to one sided love.
When a relationship breaks it gives emotional pain which is equal to physical pain.
In one sided love we see some kind of jealousy, anger, irritability etc. For example when we see our love is with other person so we feel jealous.
